My name is Bessie and I'm a native Canadian speaker, born and raised in beautiful Vancouver, BC. I love helping people to reach their potential which is why I created OWLETS READING, an online and in person tutoring place.
With over 7 years as a private tutor working with young children, I have a passion for teaching success to children and raising their confidence in learning. I am patient and relatable with many materials.
Children ages 3+ will benefit from a specialized reading buddy to assist them in mastering their phonics, ABCs and sight words.

International students and newcomers to Canada can improve their local conversational skills and gain confidence in speaking English to their neighbours, employers and family members.
